This 3 hour gathering has been designed for the regular woman who just needs a few hours to connect – nothing too heavy but to be able to walk away feeling lighter, happier and with a little more clarity, happiness and gratitude. It is a small group accepting of everyone’s choice. |
Your host Tara-Lea, is 200 hours YTT and has recently completed 25 hours Trauma Aware Training in Byron Bay, Australia where she felt drawn to offer this style of yoga & retreats to the regular women in Northern Ireland.
There isn’t anything like this in Ireland so we have created it. 
The mission of this unique gathering is to take you from ‘fight or flight’, referred to as Sympathetic Nervous System mode.
And bring you to ‘rest and digest’- the Parasympathetic Nervous System mode.
